TB Training given to Surveyors by Dr. Salil Bhargava and
Mrs. Sangeeta Pathak.
Department of TB and Respiratory Diseases, IMS,BHU with CETI and RNTCP organised a CME on “Updates on Tuberculosis” on 31st August 2019.
Dr. Salil Bhargava (Co-Founder CETI, Indore) , Dr. G.N.Srivastava (Head of TB Department, Varanasi) and Dr. Rakesh Singh (DTO Varanasi) were the 3 Speakers for the event.
Dr. Salil Bhargava, Dr. Sunil Khasgiwala and Miss. Sangeeta Pathak conducted the Training for TU-2 Surveyors at CETI Office.
They Trained the Surveyors on how to protect ourself whenever we will go for any survey, how to communicate with people in the field, what is tuberculosis, its symptoms and how one can avail the free treatment of Tuberculosis.

CETI and Team along with TB and Chest Department, Gyanpushp, Rotary Club of Galaxy, and Lions club of Sampoorna organised a Diabetes Awareness Camp at MY Hospital. Team provided detailed information to visiting patients and visitors, about Diabetes, its symptoms, causes and precautions to be taken.

Dr.Salil Bhargava (co-founder of CETI) briefed about the Activities of CETI , Active case finding work to make Indore TB Free by 2021. He also introduced NGO’s of Indore who are working for Juni Indore Project.
Dr. Ruben (TB Advisor USAID) appreciated CETI’s working style and also gave some tips to strengthen its work towards fulfilling the TB Free Indore Mission.
